MicroAquarium setup

I used water from source number 2. This water is from the French Broad River, Seven Islands Wildlife Refuge. The water has partial shade from the spot it was taken. I filled my MicroAquarium with water and placed a couple pieces of plant material into it. The color code of stickers I placed on my MicroAquarium are red, light blue, and dark blue. I then looked at my MicroAquarium using a microscope. There were some microoraganisms that were round and moving in a jerking movement and spinning. Some of the microoraganims were moving very fast and jiggling.
